Hi and welcome!

I'm a coach for women who want to find their way back from suffering. Women seeking deep, embodied, spiritual change.

Typically, this means women navigating the impacts of overwhelm, burnout, perimenopause, neurodivergence or midlife awakening.

Whether you have trauma in your past or a lifetime juggling other people's needs, somewhere along the road, it's possible you stopped being able to listen to your own needs. When we're required to repeatedly overlook, supress or feel shame about our needs, we slowly lose connection to ourself. This can lead to deep  feelings of loss, sadness and yearning.

And that’s maybe how you’ve found yourself here – you know you need to make changes to start meeting your needs, but you’re just not sure where to start.

I work online and employ an integrated coaching methodology combining my trainings in Breathwork and Movement Therapy for Trauma Healing, Needs-Based (non-violent communication) Coaching, and IFS-informed Somatic Trauma Therapy....a carefully curated set of trainings that I've combined to put you and your embodied needs at its heart.

My somatic needs-based coaching is about helping re-establish lines of communication with your needs. To help you connect to parts of you that have been lost under a cloud of overwhelm. To help you find compassion and peace for those parts burdened by sadness or shame. To help you re-kindle dreams that have been buried under a pile of responsibilities and which are starting to feel further and further out of reach.

My approach is about working gently with your nervous system to firstly invite safety to your body. From here, all parts of you are invited into the healing process: the parts of you that are suffering from overwhelm or trauma; your relentless inner critic; your frustrated creative parts; your self-limiting beliefs; your defiant and stubborn parts; your resilient parts; and the aspirational dreamer parts who know just how much you have to offer the world.

We work with the embodied versions of all aspects of you to relieve suffering parts of their burdens and invite a return to balance and calm. So that you can feel good about being you!

From this place of safety and a growing sense of self-compassion, you will start to feel more yourself – but a lighter, more enlivened and empowered version of you. A you that you can make bolder choices that align with who you really are…choices that prioritise your needs and bring you fulfilment, purpose and joy.

With love,

Hannah x

“I have in moments with Hannah had my deepest darkest pains and suffering held, and moments later been given the tools to hold them myself – and move on.

I think, she can totally transform fear and pain into joy and freedom. And that feels pretty miraculous. The only hard thing is not being able to hug her with gratitude over the screen! Immense gratitude Hannah”

Is Somatic Needs-based coaching right for me?

Somatic needs-based coaching is for women yearning for deep change; change on a spiritual and embodied level - a deep yearning for something more than just talk therapy.

Choosing this pathway often comes from  a persistent inner knowing that it is time to reclaim your life; time to start listening to and meeting your own needs; time to honour your sovereignty and bring your life into alignment with your passions and purpose.

Somatic Needs-based coaching is for women who are ready to move beyond the burden of life’s sufferings: Women who are exhausted with feeling overwhelmed by hormones and neuro-biology; powerless in the face of unfulfilled dreams; or who are feeling held back by self-limiting beliefs.

It is for women who are ready to change the narrative of feeling unfulfilled, dissonance or stuckness in their life.

Sometimes a big life event brings this realisation into focus, but it may also show up in the body as tension and pain; in leadership and work as dissatisfaction or feeling unaligned; or in the emotional realm in how you’re relating to pleasure, rest, and power.

This work is especially supportive for women navigating a midlife shift, ADHD or Autism diagnosis, burnout, boundary work, or simply a desire to live more in alignment with their inner truths.

Somatic Needs-Based Coaching

Maybe your life has taken an unexpected turn and suddenly your future path seems unclear.

Maybe you are tired of living in the shadow of past suffering or trauma.

Maybe you simply feel stuck – your life has lost its spark and you've woken up to the realisation that you are a shadow of the woman you want to be.

Or maybe you have an unshakable sense that there’s so much more to you, bubbling beneath the surface, desperately waiting for a way to manifest, but something is holding you back.

1:1 Somatic Needs-Based Coaching

Somatic Needs-Based coaching offers a way to slow down, soften, and listen — not just with the mind, but with the wisdom of your whole being.

It supports you in reconnecting with yourself at a deeper level, leading you towards feeling safe, grounded and fulfilled.

Together, we gently explore how your nervous system has adapted to protect you, and how these patterns may be shaping your choices, relationships, and sense of self.

This work helps you identify and honour your emotional, physical, relational, and spiritual needs, build self-trust, and make decisions that feel embodied and aligned.

My work is to help you compassionately transform suffering and challenges, into self-knowledge and self-freedom.

Using evidence-based somatic tools, IFS-informed parts work and needs-based coaching methods, my role is to help you understand what’s been holding you back, helping you move through wounding into healing that is grounded in real life.

I have always felt things deeply. I’m an HSP (highly sensitive person), and throughout my life this sensitivity has been one of my greatest sources of strength. It has also often felt like a burden and what I didn't realise in the early days, was that this sensitivity was part of a wonderfully complex tapestry resulting from having ADHD.

In my teaching career, my sensitivity allowed me to connect intuitively with the needs of my pupils. Later, when I moved into writing and accrediting holistic healthcare qualifications for an Awarding Organisation, this same sensitivity and intuition helped me to connect with the deep truth of people's intentions. I found I could instinctively sense the dynamics at play, tuning in to how others were feeling and what they needed.

Some may see this as being overly sensitive, but to me it's empathic resonance and it has always been there, supporting and guiding me. And I have always relied on it in my various roles, supporting others on their human development journey. However, specifically working one-to-one with women was never part of the plan.

That changed in my early forties, when I received a cancer diagnosis — a moment that turned my life around. This was closely followed by perimenopause and an ADHD diagnosis. This period marked the beginning of a deeply personal healing journey, one that helped me peel back layers of shame, anxiety, and self-doubt I hadn’t even realised I was carrying. Beneath an exterior of competence, confidence, and achievement, I had been holding far more than I knew.

My healing path through and beyond cancer led me to discover what it truly felt like to feel safe and present in my body. I learned to work gently with all aspects of myself, compassionately and patiently, interweaving the healing of mind, body, and spirit. This lived experience now underpins my work, shaping how I listen, how I hold space, and how I support others in their own process.
